  Your early morning staff could use some sensitivity training. I stopped in Thursday morning around 5:30 hoping for a simple breakfast taco after driving from Spring since 4:15am. The clerk at the counter said she couldn't help me yet, so I went over to the ice machine to refill my car cup with ice and water. She ran over to tell me not to do that because it was unsanitary. All I wanted was breakfast. I let her know i was on my way to STL to bury my father. I left and went to Starbucks where the staff has ALWAYS been courteous and kind.
